Our aim is to understand what you want to see and experience when you visit our websites, so that we can shape and develop them accordingly. Yes, there will be the opportunity to request private forums and an easier comments system, although we can't promise we'll be able to deliver it. This is research rather than a list of stuff we are definitely going to/are able to offer, but your answers mean that we can make sensible choices based on actual data rather than disgruntled tweets.
